Once again the stage is set for yet another Conftele, your favourite Conference on Telecommunications. After Aveiro, Sesimbra, Figueira da Foz, Tomar and Peniche it is the turn of Feira.

The conference will be held in Europarque under the protective shadow of Feira´s beautiful medieval castle.

The program is enticing. Three internationally reputable invited speakers will present the state of the art and future perspectives in such hot topics as high-speed global networks, network coding and mobile communications. Around 120 papers, dealing with most aspects of telecommunications have been accepted and will be presented either in oral or poster sessions.

Either as a researcher, as an employer, an engaged engineer willing to keep pace with the new technologies or as simple observer of the telecommunications world you will surely find Conftele'2009 an event that provides you invaluable insight and plenty of opportunities to meet and discuss with the young researchers that are shaping the future of telecommunications in Portugal.

The conference banquet will be held in a little known magic place where fermented grape juice slowly transforms itself in Port Wine. This alone will make this conference unforgettable.
