While we are fully committed to hosting you to the best of our capacity. However we have deliberately taken the decision to limit the number of seats available, so as to foster a greater interaction between the speakers and the audience. Therefore the Summit places will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.
Until June the 7th the registration cost will be Eur 150.
So please register early as possible to avoid any disappointment.
Summit Cancellation Policy
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
Cancellations received by email prior to 1.5.2013, will receive a 50% refund of the participation fee to be credited after the Summit.
Cancellations received on or after 1.5.201" but prior to 1.6.2013, there will be a 20% refund of the participation fee to be credited after the Summit. Cancellations received on or after 1.6.2013, will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation notification must be sent in writing (via firstname.lastname@example.org) and must indicate clearly the name of the registered participant and the details for payment of the refund (account number, holder of the account, IBAN and SWIFT codes, and holder’s postal address).
