Known Limitations - Before performing any test: i. Ensure that the probes and test fixtures are connected properly. ii. It is recommended to do the probe calibration. If you do not follow the above steps, then the results may be invalid. - Results: In Eye Diagram and Jitter Plot, if there is no data within a histogram box, you will see the histogram readout on the plots as "--" and the histogram will not be displayed. Increase the record length and try again. - Eye Diagram clipping: If vertical offset of the signal is more than 50% of the Vswing value, then the eye diagram gets clipped, or in extreme cases, it might be blank. In such a case, the Result will be shown as conditional pass. The software will also display a warning message suggesting the user to run the Overshoot/Undershoot V-H and V-L tests. - Report remarks/comments: If the remarks/comments are too long, they might get clipped in the generated report. - Generated reports can become fragmented during .rtf exporting when graphics, tables, and result fields close to the right margin are used in the layout. The default templates provided with this product are left justified. - If a printer is not configured on your oscilloscope, you may see a message box, "You must first configure a printer." when you run the application. Click OK and then configure a printer. - In DPO70000 scopes, the Hide button does not bring the instrument application to full screen. Clicking anywhere in instrument Application will achieve this. ================================================================================ 4.
