The equipment that has LAN port, are now interconnected through a private LAN allows remote control (MatLab or other). The private network as IP like:192.168.70.xx that xx match with the order number of eq. list (also visible on a label on the eq front panel RF0xx). Equipment´s interconnected are VSA, VSG, PNA, OSC - 20GHz and Logic Analyzer.
22-07-2011 – Ban the Pen Drivers utilization on Measurement Laboratory
Because of repeated episodes of failure after using PEN Drivers it adopted an more functional alternative: each of equipment are connected to Internal RF LAN and you can save our data directly on a virtual mapped disc (W:) the data are stored on the “UsersFolder” on the RFLabPC (193.136.92.79). There you can record straight files (catch and settings) and have direct access to files through the internal IT network.
